Photo speaks for itself. We have the key, the car, full access to ourselves. We got an inquiry from this client a few weeks ago, upon reviewing our portfolio, he decided to go ahead with our services. This Mazda CX-5 was the first car he ever entrusted to us. Being strangers, we had never met before till today. He passed us the key at his office, asked us to get his car madly glossy and parked it back at his spot. That was exactly what we did.

Upon driving back to our private quarters, we parked the car and let the engine cool down.

We did our standard walk around and took some shots.

The paint was rather dirty for a week old car but then again, its the haze season.

When we say haze, we really mean haze. The windows were covered in so much dust and ashes, we could write on it.

We continue to inspect the paint up close.

Watermarks were visible on the paint.

Being a AWD, this looks like it is really being driven.

We have mud splatter everywhere on the sides.

The plastics were covered in these rally style splatter.

Overall, the car was in a dirty and stained state.

As we mention all the time, we do not neglect these areas as well.

The trim’s edges on the front windscreen were collecting dirt.

Being a JDM unit, sunroofs are usually full of watermarks as well.

Coming to the paint condition, we found a spot that was severely damaged.

First, we did some general cleaning, which includes cleaning areas like this too.

The paint was in quite a decent condition but we still did a light pass on the polisher.

Giving the paint a smooth and leveled finish.

Well prepared paint surface is a must for long lasting coating effects.

Remember the severely damaged area? This is before.

After paint correction. Finally the car is worthy to be coated.

The wheels are usually dirty from daily commute.

Up close we can see the comparison

Upon completing, we coated the wheels and gave the tyres some “Bling”

When we detail wheels, lug nut areas are not missed.

For the interior, its clean due to its age, but its rather dry to the touch. Hence, we did some minor cleaning.

Upon completing of cleaning and drying the leather, we applied a high quality Leather Conditioning, gave it a slightly darker tone, matte finish and soft to touch.

After some hours of correcting damaged areas, we finally applied the coating. Check out the glossy and wet finishing.

Today we will be working on a white Toyota Altis. Barely a week old the owner did not want to wash the car till it is handled by us personally. Why our customer’s choose us? Simply because we treat every car like our own! The challenging part of this job is that it is located in a condominium and has limited time usage of the washing bay.
Being an unwashed car since the car was picked up from the dealership, we expected a substantial amount of dirt, grime and dust.

The scary part was the car had some stains and bird dropping on it when we were at the inspection stage, worrying that it might have ached into the paint since the colour is white.

We the move on to inspecting the glass of any watermarks was our weather report shows a constant downpour for the past week. Just to be sure that there is or none watermark stains on the glass.

we found mostly dust and dirt on the glass nothing major.

For the correction, we used two different kind of lighting to inspect the paint since we are working in a fully covered area. There is no source of direct sunlight. We used a CREED LED and a 300watt Halogen Spotlight.

After confirming the condition of the paint we did some slight polish to further smooth-en the surface so we get a better reflection after the coating. Done with a Dual Action Polisher on a fine polish.

After polishing the results was quite good and the owner was very satisfied too. Even a passer by stooped to snap some glossy shots

We then moved the car to the owner’s personal parking slot, where we proceeded with the coating application there. As the condominium is very near to a construction site, we had to be quick and shift on the coating as it dust up too fast. We will skip the photo shooting and show you guys the results and outcome.

I personally like this angle very much as the pearl white’s metallic sparkles really pops out after the coating.

The frontal reflection and the definition of the pearl paint stands out especially when the original grills and trims are mostly black and grey.

Although there was not much lighting available but the true reflection can still be seen with barely a little amount of light.

The glass was cleaned with alcohol and Opti-Coated for a long lasting lotus effect while driving AKA “Rain X Effect”

I hereby present to you, this might be the first Toyota Altis Dual VVTI Opti-Coated in Malaysia.
