We have with us a monster today, a Godzilla. Being a beast, it requires also much pampering, when it comes to pampering, we are the best at it. Today’s project is quite different from our usual work. Let’s begin.
The car looked like this upon arrival and our mission? To remove the white. Yes you heard us right, remove the white.
Under the white, we founds some light swirl issues.
Some damage of the glossy black panels.
Some holograms on the repainted panels.
And also some holograms under the white.
We also removed the spoiler to reach the area under the spoiler. Holograms were spotted.
This it how it looks like with the white vinyl wrap removed. The paint is still in a good condition but dull and lacking some shine.
You guessed right, the white or Pearl white is actually a 3M vinyl wrap, underneath is its original metallic grey paint. We spent a day just to get the vinyl out safely without damaging the paint.
After that we removed the light swirls.
Swirls removed from all affected areas.
Black glossy panels were restored to perfection.
A closer look on the metallic flakes.
Finally just to double check the entire car’s repainted panels. we did a extensive inspection.
Then it started to rain. This marks our first day working on the car. As it has already taken alot of time preparing the car for coating, we stopped here and continued the next morning.
After more than 16hours, we finally got the car to a top notch condition and got it coated. Here are the very very glossy results.

We have here with us a very unique car. Being one of its kind, this specific one is more than 5 years old but only holds 500KM in mileage. Reason being is this car had been stuck in our local ports for a very very long time. Cars stored in ports are usually fully exposed to environmental damage, which mean there is no chance that the car has had any upkeep.
Upon arrival, we saw the car. It is obvious that the dealers that sold the car had polish and improved the visual appearance of the car.
It didn’t look that bad until we started the paint inspection.
We first inspected the major surface areas. This is the holograms and swirls created from a detailer lack of experience.
Moving to side panels. We see a similar condition.
A close up on the swirl and hologram. We expected the worst but it was just the beginning.
The car was in such terrible shape we did not have to use any special lighting to view these scratches.
Without wasting anymore time, we gave the car a good wash and started with the correction. A quick reminder of the Before.
and After correction.
The metallic flakes on the paint pops like we just went outer space!
More corrected panels.
and Finally on the sides and further up.
The owner had swapped into new wheels. We gave it a good clean and got it Opti-Coated.

This is actually one of our repeat customers, previously we had corrected and coated his Toyota Mark X as well. Here is a side by side of both his glossy rides.
Finally, please do enjoy black, gloss, and lots of shine.
Today we have here with us a Volkswagen MK7 Golf GTI. It had been one of the many cars we have been requested to post up. As we have many many cars awaiting article posting, we chose this to be up first.
Upon arrival, we always check the cleanliness of the car. Which in this case seem to be clean and shiny.
As we moved to the frontal area of the car, we are able to see that there is a wet look on the car, most probably due to lighting or the dealership waxed the car.
As we started to inspect the car close up, we found dirt stains everywhere.
Windows were covered in dust.
Doors were covered with the standard road grime and dust.
Side skirts are collecting much dirt too.
Due to the aerodynamic’s of the car, sand, dust and dirt are collected at the back section of the car too.
We also found some minor tree sap stains on the paint.
A closer look onto the paint, it is not as clean as it looks after all.
Into the paint condition, we did a sun shot and found that the paint is still in a flawless state.
With a LED light source, we can conclude the paint’s condition.
As the paint condition is at such a good state, there is no correction required. Our focus will be on stain removals. Here is a before
And After stain removal.
The owner passed us a new set of LED taillights to be coated as well, so we prepared them as well.
The wheels prior delivery is normally covered in some sort of plastic film, this plastic film will leave adhesive residue which is normally missed out by the dealers. Here is a before.
After the residue is removed.
The wheels were covered in brake dust as usual. This is a before.
More before shots.
And After much hours spent on decontamination.
