We are in Penang for this one of a kind, first of its kind BMW 330e, its one torque monster with that electric motor! This owner had previously detailed and coated his Audi A4 many years back, because of the quality we produce, he opted for us without hesitation when he got his new ride.

Upon arrival, the typical dusty exterior is spotted.

Because of long distance travel for about 500KM with some rain, watermarks formed on the hood together with dirt.

On the exterior, the car looks rather glossy, but not many can tell that there is underlying damaging hidden from the untrained eye.

We popped the fuel cap and it is found to be as dirty as a 1 year old car.

Because most dealerships want to save cost on Post Delivery Procedure, they usually opt for cheap and fast detailers. In results, you get free hologram damages.

More holograms on the side door.

Some hologram on the side fenders.

On the door.

and finally, more holograms on the door. Looks like we would be doing a full polish for this sweet ride.

We did our standard detailed wash to remove all contamination and moved on to the paint correction.

Holograms removed.

On the front bonnet, hologram cleared.

Other sections of the front bonnet.

And a final sun shot to double check on the paint condition.

Opti-Coat Pro applied after all the surface preparation. Check out the finishing, extremely glossy and wet looking.

PS: Refer to below link for this owner’s previous car’s article.

This classic racer is one of the most iconic Lotus ever. I remembered this little thing in games! From our previous article on the Porsche Boxster, the owner was speechless and impressed with our work so….Today we’re back at the Porsche’s home to detail and coat this ride. Before we started, the owner had briefed us that the car had been repainted and been detailed prior us. We didn’t expect the worst but it wasn’t the best either.

Upon arrival, the car looks glossy because of its body line. Its sexy for a car but a nightmare for a detailer.

The paint surface was found to be covered in stains from the first walk around inspection.

Watermarks were also 1 of the many issues as the car had been parked for quite a while.

The swirls amount on the other hand were not that severe since it barely driven.

We found some slight haziness on some panels which indicates oxidation.

On some sections, it was slightly better than others.

On the entire car, we only found 1 spot of hologram.

More stains found.

As usual, we gave the car a good old deep cleaning, removing most of the stains and watermarks along. We then moved on to polishing the car since we had insufficient time today. Here is an after shot.

Stains were removed.

We manually hand polished the taillights and signal lights. This is a Before.

Signal and taillights After. Notice the deeper tone and glossier finish.

The fuel cap was made of aluminum and was fully oxidized. This photo shows a 50/50

Before polishing.

After polishing.

Its the small little details that brings out the overall finishing touch.

The glass was surprisingly mild with watermark since the owner mentioned he had left it at a parking mode for more than a year.

Cleared the watermark and coated the windscreen back to that hydrophobic state.

About 10hours of detailing later. We again finish off the car with Opti-Coat™Pro for long term paint protection and simply because its a quality product my clients would not deprived their rides from. Check out that wet finish, its like a swimming pool just that its white.

We have with us today a rather special guest. The owner had been a fan of our work for quite some time now and finally decided he couldn’t hold back anymore. Hence we’re here for his Porsche.

Upon arrival, we noticed there were quite a number of issues on the paint.

It still looks shiny and all since we last washed and wax the car but the true conditions of the paint are hidden from that gloss.

The owner had done quite abit of bug killing over the week.

Watermark stains were one of the main issues for this car.

That aside, we saw some tree sap stain as well.

Fuel door area are usually unattended and dirty.

Within the side skirts, lies the drainage area.

Where its usually this dirty after even 1 drive in the rain.

We saw some scuff damage on the side mirrors as well.

We gave the car a pretty detailed wash, removing everything from stains to tar spots. Unfortunately the watermarks were too stubborn. So we had to do some polishing to remove the watermark etching.

During the polish, watermarks are all gone.

Finally cleared up the surface for a proper and clear reflection.

The paint condition for this ride was pretty good. Just a little light swirls from regular washing.

More polishing was done and the paint came out swirl free.

On other sections, another swirl free finish.

Around the fuel door area, the swirls were a little bit more tough and some deeper ones were left behind. It might not be visible in this picture, but it is there.

European cars like these tend to have alot of brake dust hence the full coverage.

1 finger glide and you can see how thick is it.

Lug nuts areas were never cleaned since day 1.

We cleaned the wheel pretty good.

Even the barrel area since its very easily accessed.

Finally Opti-Coat™Pro is applied for that glossy finish.

Finally after a good 8hours, we finished off the car with a nice layer of Opti-Coat™Pro for that long term paint goodness. Check out the wet look and glossy finish.
